Here it is the 4th of December and I have yet to post my December OMG goal. I've known what my December goal would be for ages, so I have no excuse. This month my goal is to finish Charlottes Quilt.
Here's a picture of the quilt top when I finished it back in May. I'm planning to do some quilting with the walking foot and some free motion. I think I can get it done by the end of the month but I would really like to get it done by Christmas. That might be a stretch as life just gets busier and busier in December and opportunities for quilting become more scarce. But I'll give it a try. For now I'm linking up with Patty of Elm Street Quilts. I wonder what everyone else has in mind for December. I'm also going to link up with Beth of Cooking Up Quilts because this quilt is one of my favourites.

Your quilt is beautiful Lisa, I just love the colors!!
Good luck Lisa on your goal. I too want to machine quilt one finished a long time ago. Only time will tell if we are biting more than we can chew. ;^)
I hope you meet your goal. December was much more busy for me when I lived in the US. Christmas isn't a holiday in Japan, but there are end of the year parties that don't take all the preparation.
This is beautiful! I love the gradients. I'm trying to finish up a baby quilt before I visit my family in mid-December, so I need to get cracking!
All the blues are beautiful! Good luck with your December goal!
I love this quilt top so much Lisa. I am looking forward to seeing it quilted. Good luck with your goal!
Good luck getting it done in time for Christmas! I look forward to seeing how the quilt finishes for you. What color thread are you planning on using for the quilting?
Charlottes Quilt is looking great, Lisa! If you work on it a bit each day, you'll get it done. I'm working on the Scrappy Picnic Plaid Quilt from the Quilter's Planner and the top isn't even done yet! Yikes!
Great quilt! I love the unexpected pop of orange in that block.
That's an awesome looking quilt. Love the pattern, and the blue and orange too of course!
Beautiful quilt Lisa! Can't wait to see the quilting.
Great quilt - love that pop of orange. Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal.
I can see why it's one of your favorites - the colors are fantastic. And I love that orange pop! Every quilt should have a surprise, it makes them so interesting. :)
I love this quilt! Have fun with the quilting.
What a great design! Hope you achieve your December goal.
I continue to love this quilt every time I see it. Good luck with your goal this month. I need to figure out my goal.
It's a beautiful quilt, love your color choices. Good luck with your OMG, I'm hoping to have lots of time after Christmas to play catch up this month.
I can't wait to see this top all quilted up and finished! I think you chose a very great and doable goal for the month. And you aren't kidding, life can get kind of crazy.
So simple and so pretty. I am sure the finished quilt will be gorgeous and make someone very happy!!!
And I've loved it ever since you finished the top back in May. Can't wait to see it quilted Lisa! Hoping you make your goal!
