When Cheryl put out the call for pattern readers this summer I offered to help her out. Cheryl offers support to so many quilters and she writes wonderful patterns. She has been particularly generous to me and It was a pleasure to offer support to her in this way.
I own several of Cheryl's patterns and I can say with certainty that her instructions are always very clear and the resulting quilts are beautiful. The pattern for Vintage Star is also well written and you can see from the cover that the quilt is very beautiful.
Cheryl Released this pattern on Tuesday and it will be on sale for $7.50 until October 4th. You can find the details on Cheryl's blog MeadowMist Designs.
You can win a copy of this pattern and the pattern Check Plus by leaving me a comment here. Just tell me if you have made a pattern by Cheryl before and which one it was. I'll be holding the draw on Canadian Thanksgiving which is Monday October 10th. I'll be linking up to Let's Bee Social to give more people opportunities to win.

I can not say I have tried Cheryl's patterns before but you got me very interested. I love the look of this quilt and would be thrilled to win it. Thanks for the chance, Lisa. ;^)
It's never too late when a giveaway is involved! Vintage Star IS an awesome pattern!
It is a lovely pattern. I haven't done one of Cheryl's patterns before but I'm doing her latest mystery quilt at present and so enjoying it.
I have done a pattern from Cheryl and they are well written and nice to do
I haven't had the time to make one from her but I do plan to go back and do the mystery quilt along from last summer!
I've made one of Cheryl's mystery quilts and have started this year's mystery quilt along. Her patterns go together so quickly, I've really enjoyed both.
I have not yet made a quilt with one of Cheryl's patterns, but I would love to make the Vintage Star quilt. Beautiful pattern and colors too.
I started off with Cheryl's mystery quilt last year but failed miserably. This Check Plus is a great pattern too.
forgot to add, Late to the Party could be my bloggy name!
Such a pretty quilt.... And I agree! Cheryl is a talented pattern designer and she is a peach!
This is a great looking pattern. I'm looking forward to this long Thanksgiving weekend. Maybe I'll get my sewing room organized and back on track with projects. With maybe a side of turkey!! LOL
