5 mini finishes

I've been spending the last couple of weeks finishing up some mini quits.  I'm getting them ready to hang in libraries in May.  Our guild displays quilts in our local libraries during May which is quilting month.  As I am coordinating the displays this year I thought I should get more of my own quilts ready for hanging.  Here's what I've done so far.

I made this one at a machine applique workshop at my guild.
It was the first time I did machine applique.  It was a lot of fun, and easier than I thought it would be.

This was made with left over blocks from a baby quilt I made.  I think it will be nice and bright in the children's area of a library.

Here's another one made also from leftover blocks

I had a lot of fun practising my free motion quilting when I was finishing up these little quilts.  The following two are quilts I made in a mini workshops with Kathy of Kathy's Quilts.

I've got three or four more that I will try to finish as well.  This is the next one I'm planning to finish up. It's a larger wall hanging size.  I'm going to try circular quilting with a walking foot.  I hope it works out.

I'm linking up with TGIFF for the first time
