Pups Three and Four.

This will be a quick post.  I'm pretty tired as I'm fighting off a cold after all my time away from home.  So I'm behind with the dog gone quilt along and I'm hoping to catch up this weekend.
     Here's pup three.

     And here is pup four.

     Here they are together.

But wait.  One of these pups is not like the others.   I haven't decided yet if I'll take it apart and fix it.  I've been thinking this quilt will be good for counting and learning about colours...so maybe it will be o.k. to have a pup that's a little different.  I'll see how I feel about it when I get to the end.

Love your two new puppies, Lisa! Those are some gorgeous colours and sweet fabric choices. I think the orange is the cutest one so far.

I just can't get enough of all the puppies. Hope you feel better soon and can get some rest.

the pink in the ears is perfect! If you leave the orange one as is, you will likely get to come up with some creative ways to "explain" it :) I like the blue background too :)

I hope you can get some rest and feel better quickly. Colds that linger are no fun!

Well, it really just depends on how much it will bother you once it's all put together. Sometimes it drives me crazy that the slightest little goof up is the only thing that I can focus on if something went wrong. I'm a notorious seam ripper gal. But then again, it's the little oops mistakes that make a quilt an original.

Cute blocks - the dark background is really nice!

Hi Lisa - loving your pups! It's funny because once I had sewn mine altogether I noticed something wrong too. I hadn't liked that particular pup much and then I realise why! However, it was FAR too late for me to change. Hope you get better soon.

Its perfectly ok for one pup to be different, after all pups are different. Loving how this is coming together.

jOkay, if you've put that darn, er lovely, Sesame Street song "One of these things is not like the other..." in my head for the day, I will NOT be a happy camper! Your pups are so cute! I had to look closely to find the problem! Take care; hope you feel better soon. You're the second one in a row dealing with a cold. It's not that season yet surely!
